do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new hires<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee records and HR policies<\/li>\n<li>Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in an HR role<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Greek labour law<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English<\/li>\n<li>Organised, discreet and people-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What is
