What data we collect
When you use our contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
When you book an appointment: your name, email address, phone number, the service and time you selected, and any notes you add.
When you send us your CV: your name, email address, phone number (optional), area of expertise, LinkedIn profile (optional), your CV file and any message you add. We process this data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security and operational purposes.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To schedule, confirm and manage appointments and to provide our services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep the website secure and working properly (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To meet our legal obligations, for example tax and accounting rules (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Who we share your data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, under contracts that oblige them to protect it: our website and email hosting provider (Hostinger), and, where needed, our accountant or legal advisers. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless they lead to a working relationship. Appointment and client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and afterwards for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
CVs and related details are kept for up to 12 months from the date you send them, so that we can contact you about relevant opportunities. After that they are deleted, unless you ask us to keep them for longer. You can ask us to delete your CV at any time by emailing hello@yourteam.gr.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@yourteam.gr. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Our website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, for example to remember your language choice and to complete a booking. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular backups.
